Foshan Gaoneng Food Additives Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Foshan Gaoneng Fermentation Powder Factory, a state-owned enterprise under Foshan Food Import and Export Group Co., Ltd. It was established in 1989. The company is located in Foshan, Guangdong, which has convenient water and land transportation, prosperous economy, and is at the forefront of reform and opening up. It is a well-known domestic production and processing enterprise specializing in the production of food additives. Its own brands - "Shifa" brand series products, "Big Earth" brand series products, "Monthly Mark" brand series products, and "Xinghui" brand series products - are sold in 15 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, enjoying a high status in the industry. We also serve as OEM for multiple well-known domestic and international brands. The enterprise's export product market share reaches 60%, exporting to countries and regions such as Hong Kong, Macau, Europe and America, Oceania, Africa, Southeast Asia, etc. In 2014, the "Big Earth" Cup, a professional Cantonese style Dim sum brand activity, was jointly created with the famous master of Cantonese dim sum "He Shihuang" to pay tribute to the masters of Cantonese dim sum.
1. Scale and History
The predecessor of the company, Foshan High Energy Fermentation Powder Factory, was established in 1989 in Chancheng District, Foshan City. It is a state-owned enterprise under Foshan Food Import and Export Group Co., Ltd;
In 1998, it was expanded and renovated in Pingzhou Industrial Park, Nanhai District, Foshan City;
Upgrade and expand the enterprise park in 2007;
In October 2012, the company relocated to Sanshan Industrial Park in Nanhai District, Foshan City for industrial upgrading and changed its name to Foshan Gaoneng Food Additives Co., Ltd;
In October 2015, in order to further enhance production capacity and scale, the company settled in the current Guanyao Ligang Development Zone in Nanhai District, Foshan City, and installed a 10000 ton additive production and processing line with an annual output of 10000 tons.
In 2017, a Chinese style pastry pre mixed powder production line was established with an annual output of 5000 tons.
In 2021, a Jishi powder production line was established with an annual output of 5000 tons.
2. Technical level
The company covers an area of over 6000 square meters, with a building area of 3000 square meters, more than 20 employees, and over 50 production inspection equipment. Introducing advanced production and testing equipment from both domestic and international sources, with high technological content, automated processing, and fully enclosed pipeline operation, the product quality meets domestic and international standards. To achieve development, it is necessary to obtain ISO22000:2005 food safety management system and HACCP system certification in 2020, which further enhances domestic and international competitiveness.
3. Future Development
In the future, the company will further develop and promote the material and technological innovation of Cantonese style Dim sum based on the production, sales and technology of additives and Chinese style pastry raw materials, make contributions to the inheritance of Cantonese style Dim sum culture, and build a benchmark in China's food industry
